So you're ready to start, now what? Fill out the short application form so I can get to know you and what you do. You will receive a link to book a call where we'll chat through your business and your goals. There’s no pressure, just space to explore what’s possible. If it’s a fit for both of us, we'll pick a start date and send over your proposal. Once that is signed and the deposit is paid, you’re officially our client. (Love!)

01 discover.

You’ll get your own organized client dashboard where you will drop everything we need—your brand photos, content, links, even a Pinterest inspo board if you have one. It's a super streamlined process. You’ll also fill out a questionnaire so we can get a deeper understanding of your brand and needs so we can start designing right away.

02 define.

Now that we've gotten to know you and your story, we can bring your visions to life. First, we design your brand identity and homepage which we will go over together. Then with the vision in place, this is where everything comes to life. We build out the rest of your website and work on all of the tech: SEO, mobile optimization, domain connection, and integrate email lists or any other backend systems you need to support your business. This is where your site truly comes to life!

03 design.

You receive a user friendly custom site and a simple handover including personalized training videos so you’re empowered to manage it. You’ll be fully equipped to launch with clarity and confidence. These sites are designed to be low-maintenance so you can grow without burn out.

What platform do you use? +

For webshops, I design in Shopify. For websites, I design in Showit which is my favourite platform because it's super intuitive, drag and drop, and easy for you to make simple edits to photos and text yourself. No clunky tech stuff. You'll get personalized training videos so you can make updates and feel confident about editing your site yourself! Plus, I'm here for any questions.

What comes next after I inquire? +

First of all, I am so excited that you want to partner with me to create your site! After you fill out the inquiry form, you will receive a link to book a call to chat about your business and goals. If we're a good fit, then we'll begin the onboarding process which requires a deposit and contract to secure your spot in my project calendar, then I'll send your our Client Portal we're we collaborate together! That's where the magic happens :)

What do I need to have ready before we start? +

You'll need your branding photos, all your service details (names, descriptions, prices), and any branding assets (logo, etc) you already have. Don't stress though - I'll send you an organized Client Portal that walks you through everything so it's easy.

What happens after launch? +

You'll get access to your personal video tutorials after launch so you can confidently update and manage your site yourself. Plus I give you two weeks of support after launch for any little tweaks or questions. After that, you'll totally have this down!

What if I've already paid for branding? +

If you already have a cohesive brand identity, I'll use it to guide the web design process. Since site branding is included in my packages, having branding done already means a slightly reduced rate. I'll just need you to send me the assets & guide.
