For websites, I design in Showit which is my favourite platform because it's super intuitive, drag and drop, and easy for you to make simple edits to photos and text yourself. No clunky tech stuff. You'll get personalized training videos so you can make updates and feel confident about editing your site yourself! Plus, I'm here for any questions.

First of all, I am so excited that you want to partner with me to create your site! After you fill out the inquiry form, you will receive a link to book a call to chat about your business and goals. If we're a good fit, then we'll begin the onboarding process which requires a deposit and contract to secure your spot in my project calendar, then I'll send your our Client Portal we're we collaborate together! That's where the magic happens :)

You'll need your branding photos, all your service details (names, descriptions, prices), and any branding assets (logo, etc) you already have. Don't stress though - I'll send you an organized Client Portal that walks you through everything so it's easy.

You'll get access to your personal video tutorials after launch so you can confidently update and manage your site yourself. Plus I give you two weeks of support after launch for any little tweaks or questions. After that, you'll totally have this down!

If you already have a cohesive brand identity, I'll use it to guide the web design process. Since site branding is included in my packages, having branding done already means a slightly reduced rate. I'll just need you to send me the assets & guide.
